Introduction
SlowPsycho is a streamer who plays games. The Gaming with SlowPsycho website is an extension of that which provides games reviews and an update of what SlowPsycho is doing.
Just like you, SlowPsycho hates to have his privacy compromised. He does not want to compromise your privacy either.
Who we are?
Gaming with SlowPsycho is solely developed and run by SlowPsycho. It’s a one man band with no intention of branching out. You can always contact me at slowpsycho (at) slowpsycho.tv
What information do we collect?
Have you noticed? I ask you for nothing. No names, addresses or e-mails. I don’t have a mailing list, although you can reach out via my contact page or e-mail. That means that unless you are specifically contacting me I won’t know who you are.
That does not mean I just randomly put things out here. I do use a number of third part services to collect anomolised data; including Google Analytics and Amazon Associates.
At the most detailed, all I can see is potentially where you are located in terms of a town or city. You know what though, I am not going to come and stalk you either. I will look at what pages took you interest and build more content for you.
Creating an Account
You can create an account for the purposes of posting a comment on some articles. If you do this, I reserve the right to delete accounts that have not been used to post comments in a while, and I would never export the data outside the of the UK based web hosting that I use.
What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?
You wanted to contact me, that is the only time I have your data. It is used solely for contact on a me to you level and nothing more.
When do we share personal data?
I don’t! Well, I might say to the wife (MrsPsycho) that someone is being an obnoxious moron in the comments, but it about it.
Where do we store and process personal data?
The Gaming with SlowPsycho website is based in the UK and the web servers for this are hosted by EcoWebHosting.co.uk. It is our belief that this is predominantly in the UK.
How do we secure personal data?
Any personal data that is received in an e-mail is only accessed from properly anti-virus protected Windows computers which have password controlled access.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
Where there is a legitimate reason to keep your personal details for an ongoing conversation or issue; it is my intention to remove any redundant data on a monthly basis.
Your rights in relation to personal data
You can always asks for a copy of all personal data I have about you by e-mailing slowpsycho (at) slowpsycho.tv – it will never be much, I can assure you.
Any data I do hold can be removed on request.

It should never be assumed that the contents of links from Gaming with SlowPsycho are endorsements unless specifically noted. In many cases, where games reviews are written and may refer to Steam Workshop modules; these may change over time and any endorsements may refer to a previous version of the software or web-page.
